Who You'll Work With

The Outshift team is highly visible within Cisco as it's leading the future innovation for the business. As part of the Strategy, Incubations & Applications group led by Ciscos Chief Strategy Officer, youll be working with some of the organizations most forward thinkers.

In this role, you can expect to work with our Outshift Demand Generation team, Outshift Product Marketing team, and MOPs team. You'll also work across Cisco marketing, events, PR, and AR teams to develop strong strategic relationships and ensure our Modern Apps product portfolio and efforts are included and amplified.

What You'll Do
  • As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive life cycle marketing strategies to nurture, engage, and drive revenue across owned and paid channels
  • Coordinating end to end email marketing communications, nurturing journeys, driving conversion rates, and engaging customers
  • Plan and organize virtual webinars, podcasts and events in collaboration with the Product Marketing and Demand Gen team
  • Coordinate with speakers and panelists, provide necessary support to develop presentations and materials
  • Support pre, during, and post-webinar communications: registration confirmation, reminders, and post-event Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading metrics, build reports, conduct analysis to assess and communicate performance identifying areas for improvement
  • Craft compelling copy across email (nurture and sales outbound) and landing pages in collaboration with sales, product marketing and content team
  • Take ownership of email campaigns execution via HubSpot, identify A/B testing opportunities to optimize conversion rates, utilize customer data to personalize email campaigns
  • Develop email nurture strategy to fuel pipeline and revenue growth, aligned to integrated campaigns framework, buyers journey and ABM strategy
  • Monitor and moderate live webinars to ensure smooth execution, including managing Q&A sessions and troubleshooting any technical issues.
  • Maintain lifecycle and virtual event calendar
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing at a B2B company, with a particular emphasis on proficiency in managing email marketing programs, complemented by at least 2 years of experience in leading webinar management.
  • Experience using data and metrics to develop strategy and drive program improvements
  • Strong email copywriting skills with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools, strategic thinker who can develop and implement marketing strategies informed by data, focusing on customer conversion, activation, retention, and expansion.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree required (diverse subject matter welcome)
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing at a B2B company, with a particular emphasis on proficiency in managing email marketing programs, complemented by at least 2 years of experience in leading webinar management
Preferred Requirements
  • A background in Cloud Security, SaaS, or related technology is ideal.
