Role Summary
A mid to senior-level program management position supporting U.S. Government counternarcotics and defense security initiatives. The Program Manager will oversee acquisition lifecycle processes, ensuring efficient development, management, and review of contractual documentation from pre-award through post-award phases. The role requires coordination across multiple stakeholders and adherence to federal acquisition policies, including FAR, DFARS, and AFARS.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and review of pre- and post-award acquisition documentation for third-party contracts supporting counternarcotics and DSCA requirements.
  • Support analysis and assessment of contractor performance, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and cost objectives during critical program reviews.
  • Draft and update acquisition documents such as PWS, SOW, SOO, cost estimates, and sole source justification/approvals.
  • Facilitate the development of work breakdown structures, risk analyses, and feasibility reviews for contract planning.
  • Support the preparation of various government cost estimates, contract deliverables, and quality assurance surveillance plans.
  • File, maintain, and update all contractual documentation in designated repositories within specified timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple task orders, including reviewing deliverables and documenting findings.
  • Conduct background research to refine acquisition documentation and support contract closeout activities, including compliance verification and record archiving.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, coordinate teleconferences, and prepare agendas, minutes, and presentation materials to ensure project transparency.
  • Maintain and update acquisition-related data and documents on platforms such as SMT, MS Teams, and SharePoint, including contract information and status updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of acquisition experience, including at least 2 years of program management.
  • At least 2 years of service acquisition experience demonstrating familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and AFARS.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and contract management processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government acquisition platforms (e.g., SharePoint, SMT).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • This position requires eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance. In accordance with federal law, U.S. citizenship is required.

Publishing Pay Range: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 annually 
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
