We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Manager, Marketing Activation, to join our dynamic Marketing Performance team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize our global marketing initiatives, especially in support of our flagship Genius go-to-market and promotional strategies.

About the Role:

As a key leader within our Marketing Performance team, the Senior Manager, Marketing Activation, will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You will serve as a strategic partner to campaign teams, ensuring the right combination of channels, technology, and data architecture to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Your expertise will help align marketing efforts with broader business objectives, facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration and continuously enhancing our marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with campaign teams to understand marketing objectives and develop technical strategies that support multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, digital advertising, webinars, and more.
  • Translate campaign goals into detailed technical plans, specifying data workflows, lead routing, audience targeting, and measurement requirements.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of campaign solution architectures, including tracking, tagging, segmentation, lead management, and system integrations tailored to different audience segments.
  • Manage and support campaign creation and execution within Salesforce CRM and other marketing platforms.
  • Configure and optimize marketing systems (Salesforce, Funnel.io, Zapier, CDPs, Google Analytics, ad platforms) to ensure accurate data flow, comprehensive tracking, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between campaign owners and internal teams such as Data Management, Insights & Reporting, and Segmentation, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
  • Establish tracking mechanisms and performance metrics to monitor key campaign indicators such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and recommending optimizations to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues affecting campaign performance, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, marketing technology innovations, and data privacy regulations to keep our marketing ecosystem at the cutting edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or technical project management, with a strong focus on data-driven strategies.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketo/Pardot, CDPs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Funnel.io, Zapier, and audience building tools.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing technical solutions for marketing campaigns, including tagging, tracking, lead management, audience segmentation, and system integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, integration, and analytics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect campaign objectives with technical execution and data requirements.
  • Results-driven with a passion for utilizing data to optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of working effectively across various teams and organizational levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing strategies and digital marketing best practices.

Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 – $72.00 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
