JJ Hurley is Founder and CEO of GDH Consulting.  At the age of 26, JJ left an international staffing firm to launch GDH with the vision to build a national organization where people are empowered to advance their careers.  GDH achieved national expansion with offices stretching coast to coast and, in the process, has been ranked as one of the fastest growing companies by Inc. 500 and other organizations.  With his passion for empowering employee career growth, JJ has been recognized twice by Glassdoor as a Top Rated CEO in the industry and GDH consistently receives “world class” net promoter scores from employees and clients.  JJ holds a degree from the University of Arkansas and lives in Tulsa, OK with his wife and two kids.  

BLAINE CAPLES

Chief Operating Officer

Blaine joined GDH in 2011. He has over 23 years of experience in the Industry. Blaine has a passion for developing teams by implementing an environment of operational consistency and excellence.  Blaine leads the Branch Operations at GDH. 

BRIAN CONWAY

Chief Financial Officer

Brian joined the GDH team in 2018 with more than 25 years of corporate financial management experience.  He is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the company, including accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, and treasury, required to enable the company’s growth strategies. 

LEE BOELENS

Chief Information Officer

Lee joined GDH in 2003 and has close to two decades of staffing industry knowledge.  He is responsible for creating great experiences for employees, consultants and clients by streamlining operational processes using technology and marketing.

MELINDA KIRK

Chief Legal Officer

Melinda joined GDH in 2014 and has more than 17 years of legal and employment experience. She is passionate about and committed to creating a positive experience for employees, consultants and clients.
