Role Summary
A technical leadership role focusing on customer delivery of advanced networking solutions. This position requires hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies, including network provisioning, assurance, and operations. The role involves leading deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction within a collaborative, onsite environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) and Catalyst switches.
  • Manage provisioning, assurance, and maintenance tasks within Cisco DNAC platform.
  • Implement and troubleshoot Software Defined Access (SDA) components, including LISP, micro-segmentation, and DNAC/ISE integration.
  • Design, deploy, and support Catalyst 9000 series switches, such as 9200-CX, 9300, 9500, and 9600 models.
  • Configure and troubleshoot IPv4/IPv6 routing protocols including BGP, IS-IS, and OSPF.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve network issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco networking products and solutions to inform best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Support ongoing network optimization efforts to improve scalability and security.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) provisioning and operations.
  • Proven expertise with Catalyst 9000 switch family deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols, particularly BGP, IS-IS, and OSPF.
  • Experience with Software Defined Access (SDA), LISP, and DNAC/ISE integration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex network environments and implement solutions efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work onsite in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Relevant Cisco certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and process changes.

Publishing Pay Range: $70.00 – $72.00 Hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
