Integration & Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Integrate hardware and software components, ensuring seamless interoperability within complex systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including design, development, and production—to identify and resolve integration issues efficiently.
  • Conduct rigorous testing, analyze test results, and prepare detailed documentation to support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Support troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues swiftly.
  • Contribute to the development of automation tools and test frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in system integration, testing, and validation within a high-tech or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, hardware interfaces, and communication protocols.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Python, LabVIEW, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and certification requirements is a plus.

Pay Rate: $50.00 – $60.00 Hourly
