Role Summary
This position is designed for experienced technical leaders capable of delivering complex, cloud-native, full-stack, and data-centric client projects. The role involves leading delivery teams, managing project scope and risks, and working directly with clients to translate technical and business challenges into scalable solutions. The opportunity offers immediate impact with the potential for a permanent leadership position based on performance and mutual fit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of full-stack, cloud, and data-driven client engagements, including managing scope, project plans, risks, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to diagnose technical and business challenges and develop scalable solutions.
  • Oversee small technical teams, providing leadership, prioritization, and guidance throughout project delivery.
  • Contribute to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecture design, development, testing, and release management.
  • Design and guide solutions in areas such as modern front-end development, APIs, backend services, AWS cloud services, data engineering, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Architect cloud-native solutions, integration strategies, and platform modernization efforts.
  • Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices to support application and data workloads.
  • Review architecture and code for quality, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams and senior client stakeholders, tailoring messages to the audience.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to streamline development, analysis, and delivery processes responsibly and ethically.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of professional experience in full-stack application development and/or cloud solution delivery.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing delivery outcomes.
  • Comfortable working across architecture, planning, and execution phases of projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices.
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to design practical, scalable solutions for complex problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
Publishing Pay Range: $70.00 – $75.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between office and remote work.
