Job Description

Join an established development team built to transform business processes through automation and intuitive, easy to use applications. We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Architect/ Lead Developer with a proven track record in designing and building complex applications and cloud flows using the Power Platform. You will play a pivotal role in the architecture and delivery of solutions that empower our teams and drive digital transformation.
Requirements
  • Collaborate effectively within an established development team, actively participating in use case presentations, design reviews, technical code reviews, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality, robust solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement Power Apps (Canvas) solutions.
  • Build and optimize complex Power Automate cloud flows, integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure SQL, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and more.
  • Create reusable components to enhance performance and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into robust, user-friendly solutions.
  • Ensure Role Based Security, standards compliance, and governance are incorporated into all Power Platform solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Power Platform applications and flows.
  • Document solutions, provide user training, and support adoption across the organization.
  • Stay current with Power Platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
 

Qualifications
 
  • Proven experience developing advanced Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate flows for enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex logic, conditional branching, error handling, logging, and reusable components in cloud flows.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integrations.
  • Skilled in UI/UX design principles for creating intuitive, responsive interfaces.
  • Solid grasp of Power Platform security models, permissions, and data governance.
  • Familiar with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in development of large data sources (over 100k records)
  • Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400).

Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Experience with Power BI, reporting, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and other cloud services.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Experience mentoring or training end users and junior developers
  • Knowledge of Power Automate Desktop
Pay Range: $75 .00 – $80.00 Hourly
