Role Summary
A ServiceNow Administrator is focused on supporting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. The role involves configuring discovery tools, managing CMDB health, and collaborating with senior team members to ensure platform stability and performance. The ideal candidate is eager to develop technical skills and grow into a comprehensive ServiceNow administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and stability.
  • Configure and maintain Discovery probes, patterns, and mid-servers.
  • Implement and manage Service Graph Connectors for system integrations.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and accuracy of the CMDB.
  • Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting/debugging tasks.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop enhancements and resolve technical issues.
  • Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed on best practices and new features within ServiceNow.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow administration or development experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, including user management and configurations.
  • Experience editing and customizing Discovery probes and patterns.
  • Familiarity with platform upgrades, debugging techniques, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and quick learning ability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Publishing Pay Range: $52.00 – $55.00 Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
