Join our team as an Information Management Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and security of our records and information assets. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive metadata capturing and quality control services to guarantee the precision and reliability of digital records and imaging processes.
- Verify, cross-reference, and correct information within company databases, documenting discrepancies and ensuring data integrity.
- Manage records in compliance with established retention policies, utilizing Perceptive Document Management and other ECM tools for imaging, publishing, and archiving.
- Support facilities planning by evaluating resource and space needs, and assist with employee relocation efforts.
- Handle inbound and after-hours calls related to records requests, providing exceptional service and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Administer projects aligned with records management program, ensuring ongoing compliance and process improvement.
- Deliver training sessions and guidance on records management compliance to various functional groups to foster a culture of information stewardship.
- Assist employees and contractors with records classification, retention, and retrieval, under the guidance of senior staff.
- Coordinate physical and electronic records inventory across field and remote offices, optimizing access and control.
- Support the records help desk by managing requests and providing troubleshooting assistance.
- Develop proficiency in GIS and Maximo software; maintain intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other automation tools.
- Collaborate effectively within small teams to meet project deadlines and operational goals.
- Perform occasional travel as required to support field operations and records management initiatives.
- Lift and handle records or equipment up to 30 lbs as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of records and information management programs, with familiarity in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems and automation tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to advise and interact professionally across various stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in Excel (intermediate level or higher).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software platforms such as GIS and Maximo.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
- Physical ability to lift 30 lbs as needed.
- Willingness to support flexible working hours, including after-hours and remote requests.
Publishing Pay Range: $18.00 – $23.00 Hourly
