We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of automated systems that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and understand business requests, translating these into clear and actionable system specifications.
  • Design and scope automated system solutions, aligning technical capabilities with user needs and industry best practices.
  • Configure system settings and options to optimize performance and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and support the planning, design, and execution of business process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Assist in integration and acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of business and user requirements, creating detailed specifications for developers and technical teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication across Product Management, UX, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks or inefficiencies and collaborate with team members to remove barriers.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, collaborating closely with Scrum Masters and Product Managers to achieve sprint goals.
  • Manage tasks efficiently using tools such as JIRA, Atlassian Suite, and Slack, maintaining clear documentation and communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum SDLC methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of business systems, processes, and industry requirements.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and working with automated system platforms.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Atlassian tools, and collaboration platforms like Slack.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certification in Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical disciplines.
Publishing Pay Range: $23.00 – $30.00 Hourly
