A SCADA Analyst II is responsible for collaborating with business partners to identify operational requirements and translate them into effective SCADA system solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting SCADA applications to enhance system performance, safety, and operational efficiency. The position offers opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while working within established processes and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver SCADA solutions aligned with defined business and system processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct system assessments, design solutions, and contribute to the development of SCADA application components.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and support operational and measurement data collection using SCADA and related applications.
  • Maintain and support SCADA system functionalities, including screens, displays, data gathering, and interface interfaces.
  • Assist in supporting business processes through SCADA applications, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and documentation of SCADA solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA systems with other operational technology platforms.
  • Support and improve existing SCADA infrastructure by implementing updates and enhancements.
  • Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to resolve system issues promptly.
  • Participate in process improvement and lean initiatives to optimize system performance and safety.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree with at least one (1) year of experience in OT, SCADA, IT Full Stack, or IT Administration roles.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on safety.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and PC operation.
  • Knowledge of network operations and telecommunications.
  • Ability to write SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
  • Preferred: Experience with SCADA platforms such as ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocol.
  • Preferred: Programming experience with Windows scripting languages such as Python or VBScript.
  • Solid understanding of database development and management.
  • Demonstrated business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation and discovery.

Publishing Pay Range: $28.00 – $35.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
