GDH is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to provide advanced troubleshooting and support for enterprise Microsoft Teams and Windows endpoints. This role involves diagnosing complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting technology rollouts. The position offers an opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment with potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft Teams issues, including audio, video, and connectivity problems
  • Investigate and diagnose endpoint-related issues across laptops and desktop workstations
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, systems architecture, and land teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Provide dedicated technical support for executive users and other high-priority stakeholders
  • Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve overall system reliability
  • Support deployment and adoption of Windows 11 and Microsoft Teams features such as Teams phones
  • Recommend and execute enhancements to endpoint configuration, imaging, and image management systems
  • Assist in troubleshooting endpoint connectivity, performance, and compatibility issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for endpoint security and system stability
  • Potentially transition into a full-time Endpoint Analyst role based on performance and business needs

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams issues in corporate environments
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems, image deployment, and configuration management
  • Proven ability supporting executive-level users with high expectations
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Availability for full-time on-site work at the main office location
  • Possession of relevant technical certifications is a plus
  • Experience with endpoint management tools and enterprise IT infrastructure preferred
  • Previous contract-to-hire or consulting experience is advantageous

Publishing Pay Range: $30.00 – $36.00 Hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
