We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Voice/VoIP Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and troubleshooting of large-scale voice solutions. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping our voice infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication services across diverse platforms and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support SIP-based voice and VoIP solutions, including call center applications and IVR systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex SIP signaling, media flows, and voice-related issues across multiple systems, ensuring high availability and quality.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical voice and integration architectures.
  • Own and drive technical decisions independently, working with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and deployment teams during design, escalation, and testing phases to ensure smooth integration and release.
  • Develop automation scripts and operational tools to enhance efficiency and reliability of voice systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SIP protocols, media troubleshooting, and signaling analysis.
  • Strong Linux skills, including command-line support and diagnostic expertise.
  • Proven experience with VoIP platforms such as PBX, SIP trunking, and service provider voice environments.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills for system-level issues involving multiple components.
  • Basic scripting knowledge to support automation and operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs) like Ribbon and AudioCodes (Oracle/Acme Packet or similar).
  • Familiarity with BroadWorks or comparable carrier-grade voice platforms.
  • Exposure to Cisco voice technologies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-region or multi-country voice deployments.
Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 – $54.00 USD Hourly
