An HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday is responsible for supporting and optimizing the company's Human Resources information systems, with a focus on Workday Core HCM. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting system functionalities to enhance HR operations, improve data integrity, and facilitate effective HR processes. The position requires collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver system solutions aligned with organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including business processes, workflows, condition rules, validations, and security roles.
- Provide day-to-day support for HRIS systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Support Workday releases by testing new functionality, assessing impacts, and assisting with deployment.
- Conduct regular audits and data reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Collaborate with IT on integrations, data flows, and system stability efforts.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing HRIS expertise and configuration support.
- Assist with process improvements, documenting system configurations, job aids, and workflows.
- Support user training and adoption initiatives to promote effective use of Workday.
- Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports within Workday to support compliance and business insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HRIS/HCM systems.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM configuration.
- Support experience with HR system implementations, updates, or process enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
Publishing Pay Range: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 annually
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
