We are seeking talented ServiceNow Developers to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, leveraging your technical expertise and innovative mindset to drive digital transformation solutions.

Position Overview: As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency. Your role is crucial in delivering high-quality applications that support business objectives and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including form and field creation/updates, scripting, and UI configuration using Studio and backend tools.
  • Implement and optimize ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Knowledge, and Problem Management.
  • Design and develop Service Catalog solutions, including Catalog Items, variables, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST APIs, Transform Maps, and other integration methods.
  • Manage and configure the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, relationships, and governance.
  • Utilize Flow Designer for automation of workflows, approvals, and task orchestration.
  • Maintain and enhance client-side and server-side scripting, Business Rules, and ACLs.
  • Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Playwright to automate testing, troubleshoot, and improve development efficiency.
  • Lead technical discussions, gather requirements, and participate in peer reviews to ensure solutions meet standards.
  • Document configurations, integrations, and operational procedures thoroughly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience configuring and developing in ServiceNow, including App Engine Studio, form customization, scripting, and flows.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, update sets, ACLs, and Role-based access control.
  • Experience with ITSM, SPM modules, CMDB, and integrations via REST API.
  • Skilled in client-side and server-side scripting, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Service Portal design.
  • Proficiency in SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, Change Management, and Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or within cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and automation.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Development experience in Demand and PPM modules.
  • Advanced knowledge of REST API integrations, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
  • Experience with data quality management and governance in the CMDB.
Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 -$55.00 Hourly
