Infrastructure Analyst | IT Support

This hybrid infrastructure analyst role involves providing comprehensive IT support and maintaining network infrastructure in a dynamic environment. The position is designed for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in IT service desk and infrastructure management. Responsibilities include supporting network and security systems while collaborating with team members to ensure seamless technology operations. The role offers potential for growth into departmental leadership over the next few years.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Manage security protocols, including firewall configurations, with emphasis on Palo Alto devices.
• Monitor network performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Document incident reports, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and optimize IT infrastructure.
• Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
• Maintain compliance with security policies and industry standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and project initiatives to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in IT service desk and infrastructure support.
• Proven network experience, including troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for user support and technical documentation.
• Availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 
• Experience in a hybrid work environment preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Palo Alto certifications are advantageous.

Publishing Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 Hourly
