A senior-level Lead Analyst responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise identity and collaboration infrastructures, including Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and messaging platforms. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure hybrid cloud environments to support organizational communication, collaboration, and security objectives. The position requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate complex migration projects and security initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable architecture for Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online environments.
  • Oversee design, implementation, and ongoing management of Active Directory services, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Architect and administer Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Lead migration projects from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online, including cutover, staged, and hybrid configurations.
  • Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with IAM, Security Engineering, and Compliance teams to implement best practices across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Manage access to Azure services such as virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity management to support business continuity.
  • Administer messaging and collaboration tools including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, and endpoint management platforms like Intune.
  • Automate administrative tasks and workflows using PowerShell scripting and Graph API.
  • Conduct security assessments, audits, and compliance checks, addressing vulnerabilities as needed.
  • Provide escalated technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory, Azure, and messaging systems.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Lead training sessions and mentor team members to develop expertise in cloud and directory services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirements.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, GPO, DNS, and PKI.
  • Proven expertise with Exchange Server versions (2013–2019) and Exchange Online architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, Azure AD, Entra ID, and cloud migration strategies.
  • Experience scripting and automating tasks with PowerShell, APIs, and automation tools like Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Skilled in designing hybrid configurations for coexistence, migration, and integration.
  • Deep understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth, SSO, and MFA.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2012–2022).
  • Working knowledge of identity management and security tools like SailPoint and CyberArk is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified are highly desirable.
  • Available for 24×7 on-call support.

Publishing Pay Range: $80.00 – $88.00 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
