Role Summary
A Senior Business Analyst is a mid to senior level professional responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering data, and defining requirements to support technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify stakeholder needs and develop effective solutions for business challenges.
- Design and implement data gathering strategies to review and analyze critical data requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and guide the design process of technology solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Present analytical findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership teams.
- Document all changes to business processes, functional specifications, and project scope accurately.
- Play an active role in testing phases and assist with the rollout of new software or technological solutions.
- Create comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision making.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably 5+ years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools including SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
- Knowledge of system architecture and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and build stakeholder relationships.
- Detail oriented with strong documentation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
Publishing Pay Range: $70.00 – $80.00 hourly
Location Requirements: This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
