Role Summary

This position involves supporting human resources data integrity, reporting, and advanced analysis to facilitate strategic business decisions. The role requires collaboration with HR and IT teams to optimize system functionality and streamline processes across HR systems. It also includes developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide critical workforce insights. The position is suitable for individuals with a strong analytical background and experience in HR data management and system enhancements, working on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across systems.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualizations highlighting workforce trends such as demographics, turnover, engagement, and compensation.
  • Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, support decision-making, and provide actionable insights for HR and leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR process owners and IT to translate business requirements into system and data solutions.
  • Support HR system projects, including system enhancements, integrations, testing, and validation of data flows.
  • Advise stakeholders on reporting capabilities, system functionality, and process improvements.
  • Assist with change management activities related to HR system updates and process improvements.
  • Conduct audits and validation of HR data and system functionality to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Research, prepare, and document system procedures, reports, and correspondence.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively while prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in HR processes, data analysis, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with enterprise applications, including Oracle Cloud reporting, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HR systems and data issues.
  • Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills for engagement with various stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of system evaluation, testing, and validation processes.
  • Ability to create clear documentation and reports related to HR system operations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Publishing Pay Range: $30.00- $40.00 hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
