Role Summary
This position is a senior-level project management role responsible for overseeing complex Oracle Fusion implementation projects within an enterprise environment. The role requires leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience presenting to executive leadership, ensuring the successful execution of strategic technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple technology projects from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and budgets for Oracle Fusion and related enterprise initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables working collaboratively with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to drive on-time delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior leadership on milestones, issues, and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Manage vendor selection processes, oversee vendor activities, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Prepare detailed reports, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations related to project status and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company project management policies and industry best practices.
- Facilitate change management processes, including change requests and scope adjustments, to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing enterprise technology projects, with a focus on Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or supply chain domains is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IT environments, including infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, project management tools, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite audiences.
- Proficiency in project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree highly desirable.
- Certifications such as PMI or equivalent project management credentials are a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be available for immediate onboarding.
Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 – $65.00
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
