Role Summary
This position involves managing and delivering customer-centric projects focused on transactional and subscription services within a technology or telecommunications environment. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes
- Track and report project metrics, including financials and profitability, to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for additional business growth through presales and renewal evaluations
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, addressing issues proactively
- Oversee change management processes related to project contracts and scope adjustments
- Coordinate with third-party partners and manage delivery and commercial aspects of external resources
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including status updates and escalations
- Promote best practices and lessons learned by participating in project management communities
- Ensure compliance with project governance, scope, and change management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in IT, telecommunications, or related industries
- Proven ability to lead multiple medium-sized projects with moderate complexity and risk
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, risk management, and financial tracking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage third-party vendors and external partners effectively
- Experience with project scope, change management, and contracting processes
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work remotely with reliable internet connectivity

Publishing Pay Range: $28.00 – $30.00 Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
