Program Manager

Role Summary
This position entails leading and managing multiple large-scale technology programs within a dynamic organization. The role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and expertise in IT project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, apply Lean and Agile methodologies, and ensure continuous improvement and optimal project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple large-scale technology programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate solution-oriented meetings, communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Implement and oversee change management processes to meet project objectives.
• Apply Lean and Agile principles to enhance delivery efficiency and promote continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop project management team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful project execution.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects and programs.
• Extensive leadership experience, overseeing multiple teams and large-scale initiatives.
• Certification such as PMP or PMI-ACP is preferred.
• Proven expertise in Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and solution-focused skills.
• Experience with modern project management tools such as GitHub Projects and familiarity with LLMs is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across teams.

Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 – $70.00 hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
