client’s fabric to support 5G applications through segment routing, while optimizing
network performance and cost-efficiency.

The global telecommunications leader faced significant hurdles in deploying 5G services. Their existing network architecture was ill equipped to handle the demands of 5G applications leading to slow project timelines and performance blocks.
Additionally, the complex integration of multiple systems and the need for precise maintenance windows presented operational challenges.
SOLUTION:
GDH assembled a team of experienced engineers to expedite the client’s Ethernet Backhaul (EBH) migration from VxLAN to Segment Routing (SR) eVPN. Our team worked diligently during dedicated maintenance windows to implement the new network architecture, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
