The Unified Communications rollout project encompassed a comprehensive upgrade of 19,000 offices, transitioning them from analog to digital voice routers. GDH’s proficient network engineers were instrumental in configuring and troubleshooting various voice gateway PSTN technologies, including ISDN, T1, E1, FXO, FXS, PRI, and SIP trunks.
Furthermore, they adeptly managed the Cisco Unified Communications Environment, ensuring its seamless operation. The team also handled F5 load-balancers, completed remote hardware repairs, and collaborated with on-site technicians for configuration tasks.
