Job Title: Advisory & Management Consultant

About the Role:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving organizational change and delivering impactful consulting solutions? As an Advisory & Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, shaping transformative strategies, and guiding organizations toward sustained success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex advisory and management consulting projects, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Partner closely with client executives to diagnose business challenges, clarify strategic priorities, and develop actionable roadmaps that foster growth and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, strategic sessions, and executive discussions to foster alignment, foster consensus, and support decision-making at all levels.
  • Supervise and mentor small consulting teams, providing clear guidance, coaching, and quality assurance to ensure high-impact deliverables.
  • Apply structured frameworks and best practices across a range of domains including:
    • IT and digital strategy development
    • Operating model design and organizational change
    • Program and project management
    • Process improvement and transformational initiatives
  • Translate complex, technical ideas into clear, compelling recommendations for diverse audiences, balancing strategic insights with practical implementation guidance.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs proactively while maintaining trust and transparency with clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in advisory services, management consulting, or organizational leadership roles.
  • Proven track record leading client engagements or significant workstreams from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and executive presence skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with strategy development, change management, or program leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges and guide teams toward innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across technical and business functions, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience accepted.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

What Success Looks Like in the First 3–6 Months:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor among client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Deliver clear, actionable recommendations that generate momentum and measurable progress.
  • Facilitate effective communication and engagement across client levels to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Lead teams confidently, demonstrating strong mentorship and project management.
  • Show a genuine interest in growing into broader organizational leadership and mentoring future consultants.
  • Maintain a strong focus on personal development and positioning for a potential permanent leadership role within the organization.
Pay Rate: $70.00 – $75.00 Hourly
