Role Summary
This intermediate to senior-level role focuses on Change Management and Enablement within a multi-vendor ERP enhancement program. The successful candidate will lead efforts to facilitate organizational change, ensure stakeholder engagement, and deliver effective communication strategies. The position requires collaboration across multiple teams and vendors to support successful implementation and user adoption of ERP system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and vendors
- Establish communication plans, training schedules, and change management strategies aligned with program objectives
- Design, prepare, and deliver clear and impactful communications including presentations, updates, and training materials
- Participate in business analysis and solution design discussions to evaluate change impacts and mitigation strategies
- Identify and escalate stakeholder concerns impacting project success to leadership
- Support training delivery and user adoption activities to facilitate smooth transition during ERP enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impact and develop appropriate response plans
- Track and report on change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness
- Maintain updated documentation of change management plans, stakeholder feedback, and communication logs
- Assist in developing and executing change management deliverables as part of the overall program strategy
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in change management, communication, or related roles
- Proven ability to establish and maintain stakeholder engagement and relationships
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in creating presentations and communication messages
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of change impact assessment and management techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree required; PROSCI certification or similar change management certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including vendors and third-party consulting groups
- Self-managed with strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities
- Flexibility to work collaboratively in a hybrid (flex) work environment
Publishing Pay Range:$75.00 – $85.00 Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
