A senior-level ERP Administrator and Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization of the organization’s ERP systems. This role involves supporting multiple modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, ensuring system security, data integrity, and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements, support end-users, and drive process improvements through system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security and data integrity.
- Configure user roles, permissions, workflows, and system settings based on operational needs.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end-users across departments.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system solutions.
- Manage system updates, patches, integrations, and minimize system downtime during changes.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and validation during system upgrades or new implementations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and customizations using Power Platform, SSRS, or other reporting tools.
- Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and Microsoft support for escalated issues and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security standards across the ERP environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Business Central, CRM, or equivalent modules).
- Strong understanding of ERP processes in finance, supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Experience providing user support, conducting training, and creating documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals are preferred.
- Familiarity with integrations using APIs or middleware like Azure Logic Apps or KingswaySoft is a plus.
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server), reporting tools (SSRS, Jet Reports), and system monitoring tools is advantageous.
- Previous experience with ERP system implementation or migration projects is desirable.
Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 – $68.00 Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
