Key Responsibilities:
Dashcam & Telematics Management:
- Oversee the ordering, shipment tracking, and timely delivery of dashcams and related hardware across all company locations.
- Coordinate with third-party installers to ensure accurate and scheduled installations, confirming device connectivity and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Assign dashcams to vehicles, monitor data collection, and support ongoing system connectivity.
- Maintain comprehensive reports on dashcam deployment, usage, and data quality to support operational transparency and compliance.
Fleet Data & Analytics:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all fleet vehicles and technical specifications.
- Prepare, review, and validate fleet reports, ensuring data accuracy through cleansing and exception management.
- Analyze fleet utilization and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in basic cost analysis related to vehicle configurations, fleet standards, and lifecycle management.
Process Improvement & Stakeholder Communication:
- Develop and maintain documentation for fleet policies, procedures, and process enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with Fleet Support, HSEI, Operations, and third-party vendors to uphold data integrity and operational excellence.
- Provide timely updates and insights to leadership and internal teams through clear communication channels.
- Respond proactively to field support inquiries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fleet operations, automotive, procurement, or safety-related roles.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related fields.
- Experience with fleet management systems, dashcams, GPS telematics, or safety programs is advantageous but not essential.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
- Safety-conscious mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Tools & Systems:
- Experience with platforms such as Holman Insights, GeoTab, or similar telematics and fleet management systems is a plus.
