Full Stack Developer

Are you passionate about building innovative applications and solving complex technical challenges? We’re seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge applications, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that drive our business forward.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications across both front-end and back-end layers to meet business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for operational standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, refine specifications, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Manage defects, enhancements, and feature requests, prioritizing tasks based on business impact.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Utilize CI/CD tools to enable seamless deployment, continuous integration, and automated testing of applications.
  • Follow SDLC methodologies to ensure quality, security, and compliance in all development activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven proficiency in core front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong backend experience with languages and frameworks like Python, Node.js, Java, and Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience working with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git, along with experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, project lifecycle management, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Passionate about exploring new technologies, continuous learning, and process improvement.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of relevant hands-on development and support experience, depending on the level of the role.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Industry-specific experience, especially within the utility sector.
  • Familiarity with C#, ETL processes, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, or Shell scripting.
  • Web services experience including REST, SOAP, WSDL, and XSD.
  • Experience with automation tools and platforms like Ansible, JIRA, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • This position operates within a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.
  • Requires the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Physical demands include extended periods of sitting and manual keyboard/mouse operation; occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision, along with focus adjustment abilities.

Pay Rate: $60.00 – $80.00 Hourly
