Join our team as an Oracle eBusiness Systems Programmer, specializing in the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (Release 12.2.10+) modules, with a focus on Finance and Oracle Projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to leverage their technical expertise in a collaborative environment, supporting critical business operations and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions for Oracle eBusiness Suite modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements, develop detailed specifications, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting for Oracle finance and project modules, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Conduct user demonstrations and deliver targeted training sessions to enhance user proficiency and maximize system utilization.
  • Create detailed functional and technical design documentation, clearly illustrating system roles, data flows, and module interactions.
  • Manage all change management activities, including version control, deployment, and adherence to SOX and other compliance standards.
  • Apply industry-standard project management methodologies to oversee project lifecycles, deliverables, and timelines effectively.
  • Continuously enhance technical expertise through self-directed learning, workshops, and industry events, staying updated on Oracle advancements and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of project activities and deliverables to stakeholders and management.
  • Act as a proactive team player—initiating solutions, sharing knowledge, and supporting team development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience developing enhancements, customizations, and integrations within Oracle E-Business Suite (Release 12.2+) modules, particularly in Finance and/or Oracle Projects.
  • At least five years of experience designing and developing user interfaces using Oracle APEX.
  • Proven expertise in creating and managing workflows with Oracle Workflow Builder.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and utilizing Approvals Management Engine (AME) for systematic approval processes.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, multi-developer environment, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of change management procedures, SOX compliance, and project documentation standards.
Publishing Pay Range: $80.00 – $81.00 Hourly
