The Oracle Fusion Solutions Analyst plays a key role in supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions. Working in close partnership with the Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect, this mid-level position helps optimize business processes across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM modules, with an emphasis on automation, AI-driven capabilities, and continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced Oracle configurations and emerging AI technologies, contributing to strategic initiatives while deepening expertise within the Oracle ecosystem.
Essential Position Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and configuring Oracle Cloud applications by translating business requirements into functional ERP and SCM system setups under the guidance of the Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect.
- Support the deployment of Oracle automation and AI features—including predictive analytics, AI agents, and workflow automation—to reduce manual activities and enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to project delivery through testing, documentation, issue tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure system performance, quality, and alignment with project objectives.
- Engage in ongoing learning and mentorship to build proficiency in Oracle best practices, advanced configuration, and AI tools; monitor system performance metrics to support scalability and optimization initiatives.
Team Participation
- Actively participate as a collaborative team member, contributing to the development, communication, and execution of team concepts, programs, and policies.
- Participate in team meetings, support cohesion around major initiatives (e.g., direction-setting, budgeting, policy changes), and help identify and address areas where alignment is needed.
- Demonstrate accountability by raising concerns promptly and working constructively with leadership and teammates to maintain strong organizational synergy.
Operating Systems Principles
- Maintain familiarity with standard operating systems and organizational practices—including quality, security, office procedures, company policies, and LEAN principles.
- Understand how individual actions affect these systems and proactively communicate potential issues or improvement opportunities.

Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based with extended periods of computer use.
- Occasional lifting of office equipment up to 10 pounds.

- Occasional travel—up to 15%—for client engagements, Oracle training, or implementation activities.
Qualifications
Technical Experience
- 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, including exposure to ERP and SCM modules.
- Familiarity with Oracle automation and AI technologies (e.g., Oracle AI Agents, Oracle Integration Cloud).
Industry Background
- Experience in ERP consulting, manufacturing, or technology, with direct exposure to Oracle Cloud applications.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP or SCM; training in AI or automation technologies.
