Join our team as a Quorum Land Analyst II, where you will play a vital role in managing land records and supporting pipeline asset documentation. Reporting directly to the Land Manager, this position offers an exciting opportunity for detail-oriented professionals to contribute to our infrastructure projects while developing their expertise in land administration and GIS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Verification: Accurately input and verify land document data, ensuring alignment with spatial data (GIS parcels).
  • Document Review & Management: Review alignment maps, physical alignment sheets, and related documentation to identify pipeline assets and surface ownership details. Categorize, organize, and securely file documentation to ensure seamless retrieval.
  • Spatial & Land Data Integration: Link digital documents with parcel data, creating precise connections to support site and project planning.
  • Land Record Accuracy: Validate and update land database entries, including grantor/grantee details, property descriptions, and transaction specifics such as easements, leases, deeds, and permits.
  • Legal & Technical Plotting: Plot legal descriptions using deed plotting software and verify locations against alignment sheets and GIS data.
  • Additional Support: Assist with other land-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the land team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in land records management, pipeline system documentation, and legal description interpretation.
  • Strong understanding of land agreements such as easements, permits, deeds, and assignments.
  • Demonstrated experience with land title processes and familiarity with GIS software (ESRI) and Google Earth.
  • Proficiency with Quorum data products; On Demand Land experience is a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 – $42.00 Hourly
