Support, enhance, and develop innovative IT systems that power financial solutions across distributed, mainframe, and cloud platforms. As a key facilitator, you will lead Agile practices across multiple cross-functional teams delivering critical capabilities, helping to streamline delivery, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are engaging, purposeful, and time-effective.
  • Maintain clarity of sprint goals and orchestrate cross-team synchronization to align dependencies and priorities.
  • Track and resolve impediments related to environments, integration, data, and approvals across platforms, ensuring smooth delivery flow.
  • Coach Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical leads on backlog refinement, prioritization, and slicing user stories into small vertical slices, ensuring readiness.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and integration points, such as deployment schedules and batch windows, to minimize delays.
  • Promote transparency via visual dashboards and radiators highlighting sprint goals, impediments, experiments, and key metrics such as goal attainment and backlog health.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proposing and leading 1–2 small experiments per team each sprint, ensuring measurable progress.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment by encouraging psychological safety, rotating spokespeople, and creating space for quiet voices through silent ideation rounds.
  • Ensure healthy team dynamics by managing meeting participation and keeping ceremonies energetic and valuable, not rote routines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experienced in facilitating Agile methodologies across 3–5 development teams simultaneously in complex environments.
  • Skilled at quickly understanding technical and business requirements, translating technical jargon and industry acronyms into clear communication for all organization levels.
  • Proficient in Agile tools such as VersionOne or equivalent platforms for boards, dependencies, impediments, and lightweight reporting.
  • Adept at engaging stakeholders with energetic, participatory ceremonies that drive value and team cohesion.
  • Successful in reducing backlog carryover, aging blockers, and decision latency without resorting to heavy processes.
  • Capable of coaching teams on backlog readiness, sizing, and sustainable pacing.

Tools & Processes

  • Mastery of VersionOne (or comparable tools) for boards, dashboards, dependencies & impediments
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (preferred)

Preferred Certifications & Experience

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent (higher certifications welcome but not mandatory)
  • Experience in informal scaling practices, such as Scrum of Scrums and quarterly alignment sessions
  • Familiarity with flow analytics like cycle time scatter plots and aging WIP snapshots
