We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize our enterprise ServiceNow platform, supporting critical ITSM functions and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Build, configure, and maintain robust ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform capabilities to enhance our IT Service Management (ITSM) and service desk operations.
  • Streamline Service Delivery: Implement and manage Service Request workflows and Service Catalog offerings, automating request intake, routing, approvals, and fulfillment processes.
  • Integration & Automation: Develop seamless integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring, security, and identity management tools using REST APIs, XML, and JSON to enable real-time data exchange and operational efficiency.
  • Workflow Optimization: Create and refine automation workflows to reduce manual efforts, improve response times, and support auto ticket creation and routing.
  • User Experience & Reporting: Customize user interfaces, develop dashboards, and generate operational reports to improve usability, visibility, and data-driven decision making.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and platform engineering teams to ensure ServiceNow workflows align with incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.
  • Platform Support & Enhancements: Support the entire platform lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and implementing new features, ensuring platform stability and security.
  • Troubleshooting & Documentation: Provide timely support for platform issues, document configurations, and operational procedures to foster ongoing knowledge sharing.
  • Leverage AI Capabilities: Support the deployment of AI-driven features such as virtual agents, predictive intelligence, and automated ticket classification to improve service efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 8+ years of enterprise IT development or engineering experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to hands-on ServiceNow development.
  • Core Skills: Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog), integrations with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and experience working with monitoring/security platforms such as Splunk.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, networking, security environments, and frameworks such as RMF and NIST CSF.
  • Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly desirable.
  • Security Clearance: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future; ability to obtain Security Clearance is a plus.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with ServiceNow AI and automation features (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, workflow automation) is a strong advantage.
Publishing Pay Range: $48.00 – $52.00 USD Hourly
