We are seeking a dedicated Software Quality Engineer Tester to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering top-tier applications across mobile, web, and API platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive manual testing of iOS, Android, web applications, and API/Services to identify issues, verify functionality, and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Lead automation testing efforts for APIs/Services using modern scripting languages such as Typescript or JavaScript, contributing to scalable and reliable testing processes.
  • Develop, review, and maintain detailed test cases to guarantee full coverage, aligning with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Execute test plans meticulously, document results, and update test management systems like Jira and Confluence.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to reproduce issues, verify bug fixes, and ensure quality benchmarks are met.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining testing methodologies, tools, and workflows.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and analyzing test failures, providing clear, actionable feedback to enable swift resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in manual testing across web, mobile (iOS and Android), and API/Services environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in automation testing, scripting in Typescript or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, Jira, and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly document issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
Publishing Pay Range: $45.00 – $50.63 Hourly
