Technical Managing Consultant

About the Role:
As a Technical Managing Consultant, you will lead and deliver end-to-end technology engagements, helping clients solve critical business challenges through innovative solutions. You will have the chance to transition into a permanent leadership position based on your performance and alignment with our partnership vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of full-stack, cloud, and data-centric client projects, taking ownership of scope, project plans, risk management, and successful outcomes.

  • Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand technical and business challenges, translating these into scalable, practical solutions.

  • Manage and mentor small technical teams, providing daily leadership, prioritization, and guidance to ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Participate actively throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecture design, development oversight, testing, and release management.

  • Design and oversee solutions in areas such as:

    • Modern full-stack application development (front-end frameworks, APIs, backend services)
    • AWS cloud services (compute, storage, networking, security, managed services)
    • Data engineering, analytics, and reporting platforms
    • Cloud-native architectures, system integrations, and platform modernization
    • DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines supporting application and data workloads

  • Conduct architecture and code reviews to assure quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Communicate effectively with technical teams and senior client stakeholders, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools responsibly to accelerate development, analysis, and delivery processes, promoting ethical use practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development and/or cloud solution delivery.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Comfort in operating across architecture, planning, and execution phases of delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise across multiple SDLC phases and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills enabling diagnosis of complex issues and design of scalable, practical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Establish yourself as a trusted delivery lead for AWS and/or full-stack initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong technical credibility with clients and internal teams.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality, reliable project outcomes.
  • Show passion for mentoring and leading technical teams.
  • Express a clear desire to grow into broader organizational leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Develop mutual alignment for a potential transition into a permanent leadership role.
Pay Rate: $70.00 – $75.00 Hourly
