This is a senior recruitment role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support organizational growth. Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting efforts to ensure staffing needs are met with qualified candidates, aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management by providing recruitment insights, data analysis, and strategic guidance to improve hiring practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements and develop tailored sourcing and selection strategies.
- Utilize market intelligence and talent data to maintain a competitive edge in sourcing candidates.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques and outreach strategies, including participation in career fairs, to expand candidate pools.
- Cultivate relationships with educational institutions and early-career programs to establish strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with all applicable employment laws and internal policies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvement areas and optimize the hiring process.
- Coordinate workforce planning and prioritize hiring initiatives to meet organizational needs effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of candidate and organizational data security.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a consultative and fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing and recruitment plans.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws at the state and federal levels.
- Deep understanding of best practices for hiring, promotions, and headcount management.
- Skilled in sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with hiring leaders and candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with proven self-motivation and accountability.
- Maintain legal work authorization to work in the designated region.
Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 – $60.00 Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
