Seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and coordinate critical change management activities during a complex system modernization initiative. This role involves overseeing change control processes across multiple vendors, modules, and development methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise-wide change control processes, ensuring all Requests for Changes (RFCs) are evaluated, documented, and approved.
  • Facilitate and coordinate change review meetings with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with vendors and departmental teams to gather information on change impacts, timelines, costs, and resources.
  • Prepare RFC packages, maintain implementation plans, and monitor progress from initiation to post-implementation review.
  • Ensure compliance with established change management policies and report updates to oversight boards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, validation, and back-out planning to ensure stability and security of the production environment.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor schedule adherence, scope, and budget, proactively addressing potential issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5-7 years of success in change management within complex IT environments involving multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise change control processes and familiarity with change management tools like ServiceNow, MS Project, Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; certifications such as ITIL Foundation and PMP are a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 – $70.00 USD Hourly
