Oracle EBS Programmer
As an Oracle EBS Developer, you will be a vital member of our Oracle support team, responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining critical modules within Oracle EBS R12.2.10+. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Design, Develop, and Support Customizations: Create and modify extensions and customizations across multiple Oracle EBS modules, primarily focusing on Finance (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, iSupplier, and iExpense) and Oracle Projects (Project Accounting, Billing, and Cost Management).

Technical Analysis & Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed analysis to understand requirements, evaluate system impact, and ensure seamless integration with existing modules like Inventory, Asset Management, Oracle Time and Labor, and more.

Data Management & Scripting: Develop and execute data correction and upgrade scripts to support system transitions and data integrity initiatives.

Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop specifications, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Issue Resolution & Support: Partner with Oracle Support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal system performance.

Compliance & Change Management: Execute all change management activities diligently, adhering to SOX controls and industry best practices to maintain system integrity and compliance.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations and provide status updates and reports to management on project progress and deliverables.

Continuous Improvement & Learning: Stay current with industry trends and Oracle updates by participating in training, workshops, and conferences to enhance technical expertise.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent industry experience (minimum 10 years).

A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Projects (Project Accounting, Billing, and Cost Management).

Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher reporting tools, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Deep understanding of backend table structures within Oracle EBS modules.

Experience with Oracle Database 19c or later versions.

Proven programming expertise in Oracle Application Express (APEX) and Java (3+ years).

Knowledge of Oracle Workflow Builder and Personalization within Applications Framework is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multi-developer environment, managing multiple priorities.
