Role Summary
This role involves leading change management activities within a finance and accounting transformation program. The focus is on supporting the adoption of new systems and processes, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and prepared for upcoming changes. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to facilitate seamless transitions and minimize resistance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management initiatives for a designated workstream within the finance and accounting transformation program.
  • Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead and the broader program team to refine and execute change strategies.
  • Interface directly with client stakeholders, including senior management, to support adoption efforts.
  • Apply organizational change management principles to drive user engagement and reduce resistance.
  • Conduct assessments to gauge team readiness for system and process changes and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Support stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for each system release.
  • Assist in developing and delivering stakeholder communications, including multi-channel messaging.
  • Collaborate on training needs analysis and develop modularized training curricula addressing new workflows and system functionalities.
  • Track and report on adoption success metrics, developing remediation plans when necessary.
  • Support operationalization of transformation initiatives to sustain long-term adoption.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in change management or related roles.
  • Strong organizational change management expertise and proficiency in applying change strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in finance and accounting with in-depth domain knowledge.
  • Proven experience supporting system implementations and process transformations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience in the energy industry is a strong plus.
  • Availability to work on-site as required.

Publishing Pay Range: $72.00 – $77.00
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
