Role Summary
This role involves providing short-term leadership in enterprise AI architecture, supporting key initiatives across diverse AI platforms and services. The focus is on designing scalable architecture, establishing governance frameworks, and facilitating knowledge transfer during an onboarding period for a full-time resource. The position requires strong expertise in AI platform design, security, and integration within a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design enterprise AI platform architecture and reference models tailored to organizational needs
- Define environment strategies for development, testing, and production, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
- Lead architecture reviews, providing guidance to engineering teams throughout implementation
- Develop AI workflows, orchestration processes, and API integrations to support operational requirements
- Establish RAG/grounding strategies for AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Implement security and governance protocols such as RBAC, DLP, and compliance standards
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and observability frameworks to monitor AI systems
- Deliver comprehensive documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to technical teams
- Support enterprise AI standards development and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable AI solutions
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing AI platform architecture, especially with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI
- Expertise in Azure AI architecture, governance, and security protocols
- Experience with Moveworks integrations and enterprise AI platform standards development
- Strong background in AI workflow orchestration and API integration
- Knowledge of RAG/grounding strategies and their application in AI models
- Solid understanding of security practices including RBAC, DLP, and compliance requirements
- Ability to define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and observability frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for delivering documentation and knowledge transfer sessions
- Availability to work on a remote basis within US hours
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Publishing Pay Range: $80.00 – $100.00 hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
