Role Summary
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to supply chain and procurement operations within a dynamic organization dedicated to clean energy solutions. The role involves supporting the sourcing, maintenance, and management of critical spare parts, vendor relationships, and service agreements. It requires a proactive individual capable of collaborative problem-solving and process management to ensure operational readiness and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations, Inventory Management, Category Management, and technical teams to ensure availability of critical spares, materials, and services.
- Establish and maintain inventory levels, implement supplier stocking, blanket pricing, and multi-year agreements to support asset reliability and cost stability.
- Lead sourcing and commercial strategy for service vendors by coordinating RFQs/RFPs, evaluating proposals, negotiating terms, and developing award recommendations.
- Manage Technical Service Agreements by developing, enforcing, and monitoring vendor compliance with contractual obligations related to equipment reliability and preventative maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for contractual governance, bid timing, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance activities, review schedules, and secure necessary vendors, materials, and tooling to mitigate operational risks.
- Manage procurement workflows, including requisition processing, purchase order issuance, and vendor communication to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sourcing strategies, operational needs, and operational readiness initiatives.
- Track and report on procurement activities, vendor performance, and contract compliance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure adherence to organizational procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management roles, preferably within technical or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of procurement processes including RFQs, RFPs, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Ability to proactively identify sourcing needs and develop strategic solutions.
- Familiarity with managing technical service agreements and contractor compliance.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Availability to work on-site during regular business hours.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.

Publishing Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
