Role Summary
This role involves managing high-volume telecommunications tasks related to toll-free line provisioning, plan management, and network configurations. The candidate will support large-scale projects, including the setup of thousands of toll-free lines, route point modifications, and system updates, requiring attention to detail and efficiency. This position offers a fully remote work environment with flexibility and the opportunity to work on complex technical projects within the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and configuration of toll-free lines across multiple accounts, ensuring accurate routing and plan assignments.
  • Process high-volume order intake, including adding new toll-free lines, updating SDOP (route points), and modifying existing plans.
  • Perform work based on business submissions, often across multiple ADV F accounts, requiring duplication and validation of work.
  • Support major projects such as the setup of 17,000 toll-free lines for Medicaid and retirement open enrollment, including creating new plans or adding branches to existing plans.
  • Manage AVPN installations, including changing route points and creating new terms for Amazon links via spreadsheets.
  • Create and maintain Amazon-specific branches for improved call center and chatbot support, scaling the infrastructure as needed.
  • Update toll-free lines with INFOPACK features through spreadsheet-modified orders, handling large data volumes efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Route-IT team to batch large orders and optimize plan management within system limitations.
  • Examine existing plans to eliminate unnecessary schedules and routing plans, especially for large-scale events.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project timelines and technical specifications.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing telecommunications provisioning, toll-free line configuration, or similar high-volume order processing.
  • Knowledge of SDOP, TDM PACR, and related telecommunications routing systems.
  • Ability to interpret and process spreadsheets for bulk updates and changes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills in technical environments.
  • Availability to work full-time hours in a remote setting.

  • Familiarity with telecommunications terminology and network architecture is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project requirements.

Publishing Pay Range: $38.00 – $40.00 hourly

  • This is a fully remote role and can be performed from any approved location within the United States.
