Role Summary
This position involves managing client relationships within a sophisticated financial planning team, coordinating efforts with engagement coordinators and wealth strategists to deliver customized client solutions. The role encompasses developing comprehensive financial plans, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies while maintaining compliance standards. It is designed for professionals with extensive industry experience in high-net-worth client management and financial services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Advanced Planning Team to design and deliver personalized financial plans aligned with client objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Bank Leadership, Board members, Private Banking teams, and Wealth and Investment Officers to grow the engagement pipeline.
- Lead Discovery and Solutions meetings, guiding clients through tailored financial strategies.
- Organize and host educational webinars to promote APT services and industry knowledge.
- Work with local teams to execute client-specific solutions and establish follow-up systems to support ongoing service and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, laws, and BSA/AML programs in daily operations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance outreach efforts and client engagement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of investment, fiduciary products, complex estates, and taxation to inform planning processes.
- Support onboarding and ongoing client education efforts to foster long-term relationships.
- Keep abreast of industry certifications and certifications standards to maintain professional expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant finance industry experience.
- Extensive knowledge of investment products, fiduciary services, estate planning, and taxation.
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients.
- Preferred certifications: CFP, CWS, CEPA, ChFC, CLU, or CFA.
- Strong relationship management and client service skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in managing complex client solutions and coordination across teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- This is a hybrid role, offering a schedule with time split between the office and remote work.
Publishing Pay Range: $150,000.00 – $175,000.00 Annually
