Role Summary
A Site Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the physical and systematic coordination of deliveries, inventory, shipments, and materials within a data center environment. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of working in a fast-paced, hands-on operations setting. The position supports data center operations through efficient materials management to ensure smooth daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries in the data center, including devices and consumables, ensuring materials are properly secured and stored upon arrival.
  • Expedite shipments and conduct ad-hoc physical verification of materials through warehouses.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas to enhance accuracy and accessibility.
  • Create physical project pallets as needed for operational purposes.
  • Pull, prepare, and coordinate the shipment of materials for transfer to other sites and warehouses.
  • Support and escalate urgent data center operations (DC Ops) material requests as necessary.
  • Perform inventory accuracy activities, including weekly device scans and cycle counts within the inventory system according to ABC analysis schedules.
  • Conduct onsite and warehouse discrepancy investigations to address inventory issues.
  • Manage physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS) processes, including RTS rack transactions and post-project unused material RTS.
  • Support inventory management processes, including discrepancy resolution and material movement documentation.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
  • Availability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials as required.
  • Comfortable working on-site in a data center environment.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality preferred.

Publishing Pay Range: $22.00 – $24.00 Hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
