Role Summary
This position supports procurement and supply chain operations within an industrial environment. The role is responsible for processing requisitions and receipts, supporting procure-to-pay activities, maintaining procurement records, and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to support efficient procurement operations and timely material delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create and process requisitions and receipts using Oracle.
- Support procure-to-pay activities, including requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, sourcing activities, and general procurement administration.
- Collaborate with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to support procurement requirements.
- Follow established procurement policies and procedures.
- Respond to and resolve supplier and internal stakeholder inquiries related to procurement activities.
- Monitor purchase order status and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Support procurement reporting and other administrative supply chain activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, industrial operations, or a related environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting procure-to-pay processes and procurement documentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with material purchasing, including pipe, valves, and fittings, is a plus but not required.
- Ability and willingness to develop knowledge of industry-specific materials and procurement processes.
- Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
