OT Lead

Role Summary

The Operational Test Support Analyst coordinates technical resources, test environments, and support activities for operational testing initiatives. This role focuses on test readiness, environment coordination, data collection, issue management, and technical troubleshooting while collaborating with operational personnel, subject matter experts, engineering teams, and other stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical resources and activities supporting operational test procedures and scenarios.
• Ensure required test environment components, configurations, equipment, and monitoring tools are available and ready for testing.
• Collaborate with operational personnel, subject matter experts, and technical teams to support evaluation of system effectiveness, interoperability, resilience, and performance.
• Coordinate the collection, preservation, and documentation of test results, system logs, and supporting evidence.
• Facilitate issue investigations, defect tracking, troubleshooting, and corrective actions during testing activities.
• Support regression testing and retesting activities and maintain accurate documentation of results and follow-up actions.
• Maintain appropriate separation between test evaluation activities and engineering support responsibilities.
• Coordinate technical personnel and resources supporting operational testing activities.
• Oversee test environment setup and configuration to support realistic and controlled testing conditions.
• Provide technical assistance and coordinate issue resolution throughout testing cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technical test support and analyzing operational test results.
• Strong understanding of test environment setup, configuration management, test data collection, and defect management.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, subject matter experts, operational stakeholders, and external partners.
• Strong communication, coordination, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical activities within a dynamic testing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Availability to work on-site at designated locations as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the location where the position is based.

Publishing Pay Range: $65.00 – $75.00 USD Hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
