Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Genesys Cloud Specialist to join their team. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, updates, configurations, and patching of Genesys Cloud Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cloud contact centers and a strong track record in managing Genesys Cloud environments. This position requires flexibility in shift patterns, with options to work either early morning, night, or regular daytime shifts. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed troubleshooting, regular updates, and effective configurations within the Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Provide advanced Tier III level support for PCCE (Packaged Contact Center Enterprise) environments.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal operation of contact center solutions.
  • Monitor system performance continuously and execute necessary optimizations to guarantee high availability and reliability.
  • Assist in the architectural design and implementation of new features and functionalities within the Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding system configurations, operational processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Offer training and ongoing support to both internal team members and external clients on the Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends and advancements in cloud contact center technologies and Genesys Cloud updates.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud contact center operations and support.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on expertise with Genesys Cloud, including system troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Proven ability in PCCE Tier III level support.
  • Experience with voice/UC (Unified Communications) technologies is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in a collaborative remote environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Relevant certifications in Genesys Cloud or related technologies are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM, 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM, or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
