Our client is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is essential for analyzing business processes to meet organizational needs, focusing on implementing Oracle-based solutions. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in functional areas, support end-users with day-to-day issues, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Oracle solutions. This position requires extensive travel and on-site work with operations management, providing direction and leadership to improve management processes. The role promises a hands-on experience in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Oracle application solutions.
- Implement Oracle applications to meet specific business process requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy customizations, extensions, and reports.
- Provide comprehensive end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Oracle systems.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis between existing business processes and Oracle capabilities.
- Guide team members on functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
- Participate actively in project planning, implementation phases, and post-go-live support activities.
- Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer expert guidance on Oracle best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist or similar role, preferably with Oracle systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business processes into system requirements.
- Experience collaborating with IT and technical teams on system customizations and problem-solving.
- Ability to provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and functionality of systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to perform gap analysis effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in planning and executing system implementations.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site with teams to oversee implementation processes.
- Knowledge of the latest Oracle product releases and features is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of instructing and guiding teams.
